My only problem with the battle pass is that it's per character and $7-8 x 2-3 characters is where it can get expensive but that's definitely not Pay 2 Win. The free pass has enough in it that I can live without the 'empowered' pass but it would still be worth the $7-8 if I did buy it. Maybe PVP or lvl 99 is different, maybe there's a lvl where it is Pay 2 Win? The battle pass is good but don't blow smoke up it's ass, it's not that good. Nothing in that game at lvl 40 has even remotely think this is P2W. Is it p2w or can you progress in the game without buying anything? It can't be both. 'I too have no desire to buy and don't feel hard done by', then proceeds to say it's P2W. Now excuse me while I rank up to lvl 50 without having a single urge or interest in buying anything in this game that you claim is P2W. It's bullshit like this that caused MK11 to get review bombed for microtransactions that were only ever cosmetic!! No wonder Blizzard wasn't originally interested in doing a mobile game, even when they do everything they can for the free player, ppl like you still bitch n moan that it's pay 2 win when it's not. What in the hell are you babbling about?! Who fucking care if some rich person wants to buy their way to lvl 99, good for them and it allows us to continue to play for free!! Stop lying to everyone as if this game is some corporate cash grab because that is definitely not what they are doing.

The battle pass system is completely fine and affordable, nothing is shoved down your throat but they make you aware that the shop and battle pass exists (tons of free stuff like gems etc in the free pass) and after some mission they offered me a great bundle of stuff for less than $2.

Did you expect nothing to be for sale so they can lose money on a mobile game?! They need to make a profit, they don't make games to lose money on games we enjoy playing. This is total bullshit!!! Don't fucking listen to this shit, I'm lvl 40 with a monk/necro and have not once felt like I needed to buy anything to progress further.
